In this bizarre educational film, children, or err monkeys, rather, ride to the park for a picnic. But when they fail to follow bike safety rules, they perish, meeting their untimely deaths when they fail to get a bicycle license, or ride two at a time. Poor Orville is the only that follows the rules, and is the only one that makes it to the park for lunch. Naturally, as a result, he “gets fat”. But he’s not a monkey, right?
